- Account management: to create and maintain your Fence Plus account, process orders, and manage your membership
- Project updates: to send you real-time updates about your fence installation progress, repair status, and scheduling
- Email notifications: to send order confirmations, project milestone updates, and membership renewal reminders

- Referral tracking: to track referral code usage and process referral commission payments

- Stripe: our payment processor, to handle all financial transactions securely
- Resend: our email service provider, to deliver transactional emails (order confirmations, project updates)
- Jobber: our field service management platform, to coordinate installation scheduling and crew assignments
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
4. Payment Security
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card and bank information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. LRD Fencing never sees, stores, or has access to your full payment card details.
5. Email Communications
We send the following types of emails:
- Transactional: order confirmations, project updates, repair status changes, payment receipts
- Account: password resets, membership renewal reminders, referral notifications
- Marketing: promotional offers and company updates (only with your consent)
You can manage your email preferences from your Fence Plus dashboard. Transactional emails related to active orders cannot be unsubscribed from as they contain essential service information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to maintain (e.g., financial transaction records).
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember your referral code, and track UTM campaign parameters. These cookies are essential for the functioning of the website. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
